Sponsors and Vendors The MEMS Board of Directors is teaming up with the MS Trauma Commission for this year's MS EMS and Trauma Symposium. The conference will be held October 12 through October 14, 2026 at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. Foot traffic through the vendor area is maximized by having participants go through the vendor area to and from the educational classes. The Conference Facility The conference center consists of several ballrooms that will be divided into the vendor/exhibitors area and classroom space. If you are a paid sponsor or vendor and have a vehicle or trailer that you desire to display, please let us know of the dimensions so that we can block off appropriate space in the parking lot adjacent to the convention center.
