The MEMS Board of Directors is gearing up for the 2026 edition of the MS EMS and Trauma System Symposium. The conference will be held October 12 through October 14, 2026 at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.
We are confident that the total package of our conference affords our business partners with superior benefits. MS EMS and MS Trauma System are organizations comprised of ambulance companies and hospitals, our vendors are afforded the chance to meet with key decision-makers who have purchasing authority. Foot traffic through the vendor area is maximized by having participants go through the vendor area to and from the educational classes.
The Conference Facility
The conference center consists of several ballrooms that will be divided into the vendor/exhibitors area and classroom space. Basic amenities for all levels of sponsorship include the following:
- Five-foot display tables with drape and tablecloth
- Individual booth exhibit space is 4' x 5'
- Free wireless internet in the exhibit area
- AC power for sponsor level participants (If required, please acknowledge on sponsor application)
Golden Nugget will not handle any shipping or receiving requests. If you need to ship something, please ship it to yourself as a guest of the hotel and ensure that the package arrives no more than one day prior to your arrival.

Cadaver Sponsor - $2000
Sponsor the cadavers used at the conference. Cadavers purchased through MERI. Logo displayed in cadaver lab as cadaver sponsor of the conference.
Registration Desk Sponsor - $1000
Sponsor printed materials and equipment used for conference registration. Logo displayed at registration desk as sponsor for conference registration.
APP Sponsor - $2000
Sole sponsor of App used for conference information. Logo displayed throughout hall and classrooms as the app sponsor of the conference.
Non-Attending Sponsor - $1000
Unable to attend the Symposium but still want to support the event. Register as a non-attending sponsor. Logo displayed on printed materials throughout the conference.

If you are a paid sponsor or vendor and have a vehicle or trailer that you desire to display, please let us know of the dimensions so that we can block off appropriate space in the parking lot adjacent to the convention center.
Vendor Space is Limited. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment or purchase order must be received prior to the start of the conference to reserve your vendor space.
Do you have any free standing equipment or visual aids that need to be placed beside or behind your booth space? If so, how much space are you requesting? (TV monitor, backdrop, hanging banner etc.)
